Battle of the mountains
Recently in my Reading Workshops I have been learning to ask good quality questions. I have created a quiz using google docs to use with the Maori legend called Battle of the Mountains that we have been reading.
What is the female mountain called?
What is the female mountain partner called?
What are the kids called?
What is the main enemy called?
What is a Piki Kaiarero?
Answers:
#1 Pihanga
#2 Tongariro
#3 Ruapehu,Ngauruhoe
#4 Taranaki
#5 A beautiful white flower.

    Hi Neru, you have written intersting questions. I know the story but how about adding the story on to your blog so that readers can have a fair go at your quiz?
