My speech (Why do we have dreams/nightmares when we sleep)

Hey everybody!! It's ya boi trendy guy here doing all the trendy things... Neru is not here (Yes I am!) No he's not (FINE! I'm not) You will are about to see some of my speech (Actually it's mine) Oh yea... totally forgot. You know what? Just sit back, relax, and enjoy my- (MINE) Neru's speech... totally forgot again!

  1. WHY, HELLO there!! I didn’t suspect to have guests this early, weren't you supposed to .5come a little later. Nevermind that. My name is Neru collins and I am going to tell a little bit about dreams
Cause I have a meeting I have to attend to. It’s very important... so here goe- WAIT! FIrst try count how many times I said dreams. NOW GO!!
2. IF! I’m saying IF! You're weird enough not to know what dreams are I’m gonna explain it… Nah jokes I’m not. (I am...)
Dreams are basically stories and images, our minds create while we sleep… Dreams can occur ANYTIME during sleep. But most vivid dreams. occur during deep sleep when the brain is most active. How do I know this? Well there something called googl- I mean… aaaa…  smartness- Yeah! My mind :)
3.Dreams
Some experts say we dream AT LEAST four to six times per night. They are often similar to life, or a strange way.
Dreams can seem so real while they happen that the person might think that they are awake when actually they are asleep.
Sometimes a person realizes during a dream that they are dreaming, but keeps having the dream.
This is called a lucid dream. This happens very little for most people, but for some people it happens often.
4. Nightmares
Nightmares are dreams which scare or shock people.
Nightmares are usually based around that person's everyday fears, like spiders or dark places, but even a dream that's not about those things can feel unpleasant.
Nightmares are caused by many different things: being uncomfortable or in pain while sleeping, sickness, stress, or even eating right before sleeping.
5. Theories
There are many different theories about why people dream and what their dreams mean. Every person has different dreams. Some psychologists believe that dreams reflect what is happening in the unconscious mind (the part of the mind that works by itself). Others think that people, places, and objects in dreams are symbols for other things in the dreamer's real life.
6. History
Throughout history people have tried to make sense of dreams to learn things from them, and have often used them for divination or fortune-telling. Today there are still many books and websites devoted to making sense of dreams.
7. Daydreaming
People were less happy when daydreaming than when they were focused on the task at hand. Other studies indicate a wandering mind is more common when our mood is low, and that it can enhance feelings of depression, it may sound sad but it’s true. Also people often daydream OR look into space.
8. I guess I will add staring into space
If you are staring into space, you are looking straight in front of you, without actually looking at anything in particular, for example because you are thinking or because you are feeling shocked. Like this: He just sat in the dressing-room staring into space. It happens randomly and all you do is just stare without actually paying attention to anything else...
Anyways that has been my speech and all hoped you enjoyed! (I REALLY HAVE TO GO TO THE MEETING
Also did you know how many times I said dream if not, I said like: 25 or 26… BYEE!
